Hogan Lovells, Kirkland & Ellis and Latham & Watkins all had a role in a $28.3 billion transaction announced Monday that saw Oracle Corp. acquire health care industry digital information provider Cerner Corp.

Hogan Lovells advised Oracle on the corporate side of the all-cash deal of $95 per share, while Kirkland handled the antitrust elements of the transaction. Latham advised Kansas City-based Cerner.
