Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe is bringing on Darrell Cafasso, former global head of litigation and regulatory proceedings at Goldman Sachs, as a partner in New York. He will officially join the firm Jan. 1.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in September 2018, Cafasso was a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. His move to the bank followed that of Sullivan & Cromwell colleague Karen Seymour, who became general counsel at Goldman Sachs in January 2018, and earlier this year returned to Sullivan & Cromwell.
