Litigation over jurisdiction has become the first flashpoint in dueling lawsuits between New York and a coalition of 10 anti-abortion organizations over a protocol that would “reverse” the effects of a mifepristone.
Separate lawsuits were filed within days of one another, by the office of the state Attorney General on May 6 in Manhattan, and by the coalition of groups offering pregnancy counseling on April 30 in Rochester.
