A paper recently published in the Florida Law Review gives a different perspective on law school bar passage rates—and the top 25 schools on the list yield some unexpected results.

In his TaxProf Blog on Monday, Paul L. Caron, the Duane and Kelly Roberts dean and professor of law at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, gave a nod to the paper, titled “The Secret Sauce: Examining Law Schools That Overperform on the Bar Exam.”
