The American Bar Association House of Delegates voted Monday to further expand options for law schools to offer students distance education opportunities.

As the ABA concludes its annual meeting this week, the organization’s policymaking body, the HOD, voted to adopt the ABA Section of Legal Education’s resolution under Rule 45.9(b) of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Delegates, according to the executive summary.
