The on-campus law firm interviewing process that had been turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic returned to its regular schedule last summer, but the bulk of the interviews remained virtual.

Typically, most law schools recruit for summer associate positions in late July to early August, but due to the pandemic many law schools were forced to push the process from summer 2020 to January or early February of 2021 for that year’s summer associate positions.
