Daniel Hart, the longtime chief legal and risk officer for casual footwear brand Crocs, will be retiring in April 2024, the company disclosed Monday in a securities filing.

Hart has led the Broomfield, Colorado-based company’s legal department for 13 years. He previously was general counsel of the Dutch office equipment manufacturer and printing company Océ North America, now owned by Canon. He also was general counsel and head of human resources for Invesnsys Plc, a onetime multinational engineering firm headquartered in London.
