SAN FRANCISCO — Oracle Corp. has reached a settlement with patent-holding company Round Rock Research LLC in a Texas patent infringement suit.
The company also negotiated a licensing agreement as part of the settlement. But Round Rock attorney Paul Bondor, a partner at Desmarais, which filed the suit, declined to provide additional information, saying only that “Round Rock is pleased with the settlement and licensing agreement.”
