The California Supreme Court has agreed to review the disciplinary case of a San Francisco attorney accused of mishandling the estate of an elderly client.

The court’s decision this week to consider whether Drexel Bradshaw should be disbarred is the latest twist in the state bar’s seven-year quest to discipline the former trustee. The case has bounced among the bar court’s hearing department, the court’s review panel and the California Supreme Court, where it now appears for the second time.
