Vida Health, a closely watched health tech startup that has raised nearly $200 million in funding, has hired former Virgin Mobile and Sprint lawyer Elaine Divelbliss as its first general counsel.

Divelbliss, who also will be chief people officer, has more than 25 years of legal experience, including at startups and highly regulated businesses. She comes to Vida from the ad-tech company Kargo Global, where she has been legal chief nearly four years.
