San Jose federal jurors convicted former Theranos executive Ramesh “Sunny” Balwani of all 12 criminal fraud charges against him.

The verdict late Thursday morning comes on the fifth day of deliberations in the case and about sixth months after a jury convicted Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes of four fraud charges and failed to reach a unanimous decision on three of the 11 counts.
