Judges in Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania and California are deciphering what "quarantine" means in insurance policies at the heart of class actions brought after governmental orders tied to the COVID-19 pandemic forced ski resorts to shut down and travelers to cancel their plans. Some policies provided coverage in the event someone gets "quarantined."
