The National Conference of Bar Presidents honored Peacock Keller senior counsel Charles C. Keller with its 2014 Fellows Award.
Keller served as president of the Pennsylvania Bar Association from 1982 to 1983, and as a member of its board of governors for six years.
He was also president of the Washington County Bar Association and served in the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates from 1981 through 1984.
He was a fellow of the American and Pennsylvania bar foundations as well.
He is a past president and currently serves as a trustee of the Washington County Bar Foundation.

Amy Taylor Brooks was named a partner in Wisler Pearlstine.
She has been an associate in the firm since 2005.
Brooks practices education law at the firm, where she provides counsel and representation to school district and charter school administrators, teachers and board members related to investigations, reviews and administrative hearings in a variety of special education, discipline and administrative matters.
Frank G. Salpietro was named an equity shareholder with Rothman Gordon.
Salpietro joined Rothman Gordon in 2008 as a partner in the business and commercial litigation department.
Salpietro centers his practice on civil litigation and class action lawsuits.
Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford added three associate attorneys.
Andrew J. Levin’s practice focuses on criminal defense, personal injury and unemployment compensation.
Liam J. Duffy focuses on family law and landlord/tenant law.
Marykate Kelly focuses her practice on civil litigation, business, workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and estate planning and administration.
David Q. Jones, assistant counsel with Health Partners Plans, presented the “Affordable Care Act: The Unintended Consequences, Part I” in early February during a CLE session before the Keystone Bar Association and Dauphin County Bar Association in Harrisburg, Pa.
He presented the second part of the lecture Feb. 25.
Timothy J. Abeel Jr. and Richard A. Scholer opened Timothy Abeel & Associates P.C. on Fayette Street in Conshohocken, Pa.
Abeel focuses his practice on consumer law.
Scholer is a former Philadelphia assistant district attorney who has prosecuted thousands of cases.
