Three former top Philadelphia prosecutors, who were fired soon after District Attorney Larry Krasner took over the office in 2018, have settled their age discrimination claims against the office for a total of $1.2 million.

Former prosecutors Mark Gilson, Marc Costanzo and Joseph Whitehead settled their claims against the city for $400,000 each, according to their attorneys, Sidney Gold of Sidney L. Gold & Associates in Philadelphia and Robert Davitch of Sidkoff, Pincus & Green.
