Norfolk Southern, Swanson’s Pharmacy and other defendants were hit with a lawsuit Wednesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The complaint, which seeks a declaratory judgment, was brought by the Law Offices of Lee W. Davis and Eisenberg & Baum on behalf of community muralist Kyle Holbrook who contends that murals placed on defendants properties were destroyed in violation of the Visual Artist Rights Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00586, Holbrook v. Norfolk Southern Railway, Inc. et al.
