Mutual talent hunting between Am Law 50 firm Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders and Am Law 100 firm Ballard Spahr continued last week, with the former poaching three finance-focused partners from the latter in Washington, D.C. 

In the last two months, lateral moves between the firms have seen Troutman Pepper add to its practice groups in multifamily housing and consumer financial services with a combined total of 10 Ballard Spahr partners, and Ballard Spahr adding to its trusts and estates bench with a four-lawyer grab from Troutman Pepper
