A Delaware County attorney will face a one-year-and-one-day suspension for neglect in client matters beginning next month, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has ruled.

Attorney Daniel Michael Dixon began practicing in Pennsylvania in 2006, and he maintained an office in Chadds Ford with the firm Murphy Maddren & Dixon Ltd. Prior to this incident, he did not have disciplinary history within the state, according to disciplinary records.
