Zurich Insurance Group, a Swiss life insurance company, sued SCE Environmental Group Inc. and other defendants Monday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The suit, filed by Tucker Arensberg PC and Thomas Kadian LLC, contends that SCE failed to pay $434,653 in additional premiums for an executed 2017 workers compensation insurance policy. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:22-cv-00281, Zurich American Insurance Company v. Sce Environmental Group, Inc. et al.
