We have been hunkered down in Philadelphia working from home since March 16. All of our employees have had different experiences working from home. Some have thrived while some have struggled, especially those with young kids by having to juggle child care, distance learning and work.

Productivity and good business hygiene have been important for the last five months in order to keep firms operating and servicing clients effectively. Our staff has been exceptional in servicing clients, being productive from home and keeping the firm operating seamlessly. I have been really proud of what we’ve accomplished while working from home. I am sure you are experiencing the same at your firm. Those of us in management can rest assured that the work will get done, the client will be serviced well, and employees can work from home without missing a beat.
