Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams will have to stand trial on charges related to his alleged personal use of law enforcement vehicles in addition to the rest of the corruption charges against him, a federal judge has ruled.

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied Williams’ request to dismiss some of the newest charges against him that came in a 29-count superseding indictment last month, including new mail and wire fraud charges.
