Employers have been forced to learn many lessons in 2020 and 2021 as we’ve endured the COVID-19 pandemic. These lessons were utilized as they began to reassess workforce management emerging from pandemic restrictions, but now the Delta variant of the virus is causing many employers to re-examine those return-to-work plans, along with the complexities of vaccination policies. In fact, in the last several weeks we’ve seen many large employers begin mandating vaccinations for their in-office workforces.
