Good morning and welcome to Supreme Court Brief. The justices are ever so slowly whittling down the number of remaining decisions with two issued on Monday. The pace likely will pick up beginning next week with the advent of June. This morning we take a look at a rare request to the president for intervention in a solicitor general’s brief.
