The Supreme Court has received an application pursuant to Directive No. 08-12, "Revised Multicounty Litigation Guidelines," for Multicounty Litigation (MCL) designation of New Jersey state-court litigation involving property damage allegedly caused by the failure of DuraPro Brand toilet supply lines. The litigation is against Interline Brands, Inc., MTD (USA) Corporation, Watts Water Technologies, Watts Plumbing Technologies (Taizhou) Co., Ltd., Watts Regulator Co., Linx Ltd., and Everlotus Industries Corporation.
