The New Jersey litigation group of Fox Rothschild saw a wide variety of engagements in 2016: Among them were affordable housing, employment, False Claims Act, intellectual property and securities matters. The affordable housing litigation led to trial time, as well as advancement in the law. In federal court, the group defeated dismissal motions in its representation of a putative class claiming law firm Cahill, Gordon & Reindel destroyed evidence in asbestos litigation. In New Jersey state court, Fox Rothschild overcame law enforcement subpoenas issued to a client related to employee healthcare plans.
