ESTATE OF FINNEAUS JOSEPH EGAN, Deceased (12/2766) — This petition for leave to compromise causes of action for the conscious pain and suffering and wrongful death of Finneaus Joseph Egan and to allocate and distribute the net settlement proceeds is granted. All of the proceeds shall be allocated to the cause of action for wrongful death as set forth in the petition. The restrictions contained in the letters of administration issued to the Public Administrator are removed. She is authorized to collect the settlement proceeds and to execute the necessary receipts and releases.

Attorney’s fees to Dinkes & Schwitzer, P.C., are allowed in the sum of $205,694.49 and to counsel to the Public Administrator, Steven Finkelstein, in the sum of $30,304.13. Disbursements to Dinkes & Schwitzer, P.C., are allowed in the sum of $4,208.64 and to petitioner in the sum of $16.42.
