New York Legal Assistance Group held its annual gala on May 22 at the Pierre Hotel. Nearly 500 people attended the benefit, which raised more than $1 million, according to NYLAG.
During the evening, NYLAG honored Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman, second from right. With him are, at left, Yisroel Schulman, NYLAG’s president; Abby Milstein of Constantine Cannon, chair of NYLAG’s board of directors, and, at right, Elkan Abramowitz of Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello, who is also on the board. NYLAG also honored Bridget Healy, U.S. chief legal officer at ING, during the gala.
