Queens District Attorney Richard Brown has announced the appointment of 15 new assistant district attorneys.

The new assistants, who were sworn in on Sept. 4, will begin their prosecutorial careers with an intensive training course supervised by Executive Assistant District Attorney for Legal Affairs Gary Fidel and led by Assistant District Attorneys Kevin Duddy, director of trial advocacy, and Jennifer Naiburg, deputy director of trial advocacy.

The new assistants will be assigned to the Criminal Court/Intake Bureau, after which they will be given assignments in the Appeals Bureau and the Investigations Division. Thereafter, they will enter an intensive trial training program before being assigned to the Supreme Court Trial Bureau.

The new prosecutors are Timothy Bates, St. John’s University School of Law; Adam Brody, Fordham University School of Law; Lisa Cubair, Touro Law Center; Aharon Diaz, Pace University School of Law; Christopher Fell, Fordham; Crystal Igneri, New York Law School; Patrick James, New York Law; Laura Kitchen, Hofstra University School of Law.

And, Benjamin Kramer-Eisenbud, Brooklyn Law School; Kaitlin McTague, St. John’s; Larry Przetakiewicz, Touro; Ian Ramage, Pace; Nicole Reid, Georgetown University Law Center; John Ruane, St. John’s; and Talia Seidel, New York Law.
