Graduates of American Bar Association approved law schools taking the examination for the first time passed at the rate of 86%.
The Board examined 11,557 candidates during the two days of testing conducted on July 27-28, 2010. The passing rate for all candidates, including U.S. domestic-educated and foreign-educated candidates, both first-time and repeat takers, was 70%.
