Lisa Courtney, who has served the New York state court system for more than two decades, has been named director of the newly formed Division of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Courtney is set to begin on March 14 to be responsible for leading ADR programs and committees, working with deputy chief administrative judges, administrative judges, Chief Judge Rowan Wilson’s advisory committee, and regional and local ADR coordinators, the Office of Court Administration said in a statement.
