New York State Chief Judge Rowan D. Wilson on Tuesday gave a global audience of trial lawyers a line-by-line overview of his shakeup of the state court system, as well as changes he’s set in place for the state’s top court.

Wilson, who joined the Court of Appeals as an associate judge in 2017, then was elevated to the state’s top judge in April, discussed an assortment of sweeping changes to the court system and the Court of Appeals, speaking to 1,277 viewers of a continuing legal education webinar by the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
