The former general counsel of New York City-based Koneksa Health is suing the health care data-analysis platform and CEO Chris Benko, claiming age discrimination and unlawful termination.

Gol Ophir, general counsel of Koneksa from 2018 until Aug. 15, claimed that Benko fired him in retaliation for reporting “potentially illegal behavior” by the president and chief operating officer following an executive-team retreat this summer.
