Rudy Giuliani has until nearly the end of August to turn over outstanding discovery sought by Smartmatic as part of its $2.7 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox, a judge ruled Wednesday.

In an order from the bench, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice David B. Cohen gave the embattled Giuliani until Aug. 30 to comply with discovery obligations to which he’d previously agreed.
