A straphanger injured during the mass subway shooting last year has filed a premises liability lawsuit against the Metropolitan Transit Authority, The New York City Transit Authority, and the City.
Plaintiff Juli Tian was riding the Manhattan-bound “N” train on April 12, 2022, when Frank James unleashed a smoke bomb and opened fire on the crowded subway car.
