Securities litigator Andrew Rhys Davies started at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr on Tuesday, joining the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Securities and Financial Services Department of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Group.

Davies is the third former government lawyer to join the New York securities litigation group in the past year, following the June 2022 arrival of former New York Federal Reserve Bank general counsel Michael Held and the January hiring of Held’s former colleague, Yoon Hi Greene, who served as co-acting general counsel at the bank.
