Ralph Mohr is one of two Election Commissioners on the Erie County Board of Elections. His 2011 suit ended when district court directed that Erie County be divided into 11 legislative districts and that the Erie County Board of Elections develop metes and bounds therefor.

The county legislature revised the 11 districts after the 2020 census. More than a year has passed since Mohr’s instant suit asking the court to redraw the 11 districts so that candidates could begin qualifying for party primaries using preexisting district boundaries.
