Law firm leaders are eager to be face-to-face with their teams again in the office. But they also realize that their youngest lawyers might not necessarily feel the same way.

That tension emerged during a managing partner roundtable Thursday, hosted on Zoom by the New York State Bar Association in its annual meeting. The discussion, moderated by Bridgeline Solutions CEO Craig Brown, also revealed there’s substantial uncertainty about when to expect all lawyers to return to the office.
