The Appellate Division, First Department has announced that for its September term it is resuming oral arguments in person, one day a week, and it will hold three other oral arguments sessions via remote video each week.

Anyone entering the First Department’s courthouse in Manhattan for in-person oral argument, or otherwise, will have to undergo COVID-19 screening and temperature checks, the court also made clear in the announcement.
