While the U.S. Supreme Court has come under scrutiny over its ideological leanings, two attorneys have crossed the partisan divide to join forces at the high court lectern on Oct. 11 in a case focused on corporate citizenship.

Conservative legal heavyweight Chuck Cooper and Chicago boutique Keller Postman co-founder Ashley Keller will both represent the plaintiff in Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway, which examines questions surrounding the 14th Amendment Due Process Clause and state jurisdiction over corporations based on where a company is registered.
