A year after election challenges were rejected in dozens of courts, few attorneys behind the complaints are facing discipline over the lawsuits.

Some lawyers, such as Sidney Powell, have been referred for disciplinary proceedings and are facing defamation lawsuits for comments they’ve made about fraud in the 2020 election. Others have been ordered to pay legal costs. And many have not faced any public referral or discipline.
