A federal judge has denied former President Donald Trump’s request to temporarily block a congressional committee from receiving White House records about the Jan. 6 attacks on the Capitol, dealing another blow to Trump in the courts.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan of the District of Columbia on Tuesday already rejected Trump’s lawsuit trying to invoke executive privilege over the documents. On Wednesday, she again denied the effort to temporarily block the transfer of the information while the case goes up on appeal.
