Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco on Thursday outlined the Biden Justice Department’s ambitious approach to white-collar crime, announcing new policy changes that will intensify scrutiny on companies, particularly those who are repeat offenders.

In a speech to the American Bar Association’s White Collar Crime conference, Monaco said the DOJ will immediately take action to remove constraints on white-collar prosecutors. Companies cooperating with the government will now have to identify all individuals potentially involved in misconduct and disclose all nonprivileged information about their conduct.
