A federal judge on Tuesday refused to further pause a ruling that requires the Trump administration to provide a fuller public accounting of who obtained hundreds of millions of dollars in coronavirus-era emergency loan relief from the federal government.

The judge, James Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, set a Dec. 1 deadline for the U.S. Small Business Administration and U.S. Treasury Department to “release the names, addresses, and precise loan amounts for all individuals and entities” that obtained loans through the federal Paycheck Protection Program and the Economic Injury Disaster Loans program.
