As handling extreme volumes of data become standard practice in Law Firms, it’s important to ensure data is housed in a sensible, secure fashion, and that it is accessible and useful to the firm’s employees.

To tackle both of these problems, Reed Smith recently hired two industry veterans: Steven Agnoli as Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Lucy Dillon at Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO). According to Reed Smith chief operating officer Gary Sokulski, the two roles have similar, but separate functions.
