Canada-based Legal entity management software provider Athennian, which looks to help organizations and law firms manage and organize their vital data, announced today that it raised $33 million (CAD $42 Million) in a Series B funding round led by private equity firm Centana Growth Partners.

The investment comes almost a year after the company closed on a $8 million Series A funding round, which saw participation from Clio CEO and co-founder Jack Newton. The prior year in September 2020, Athennian also raised $8 million and announced a previously unreported $2 million in seed financing.
