Just like firms have been forced to turn to Zoom both to recruit and seal the deal with new attorneys during the pandemic, lawyers have also been saying goodbye via video calls. And this increased distance when submitting a resignation can make it easier to resist the pressure that firms are ready to apply to prevent top performers from leaving.
