And just like that, Intapp is now a publicly traded company. The software company launched its IPO Wednesday, bringing 10 million shares at a price of $26 a share to the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol INTA.

Per Intapp’s filed S-1 statement, the company is arriving on the market with more than 1,600 global clients, including 96 of Am Law 100 firms. Intapp also reported more than $180 million in revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, and recurring revenue growth of more than 10% year-over-year.
