A Houston solo argues in a May 30 suit that attorney grievance hearings and disciplinary rules are unconstitutional, and therefore the court should vacate two disciplinary judgments against her.

Pro se plaintiff Kristin Wilkinson claims that the two judgments were "wrongfully obtained based upon Due Process violations," according to her Plaintiff's Original Petition for Bill of Review in Kristin Wilkinson v. State Bar of Texas Commission for Lawyer Discipline and Nancy Ashcraft. Ashcraft is a compliance monitor for the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel (OCDC) who Wilkinson sued in her official capacity.
