Fish & Richardson, Dallas principals M. Brett Johnson and Geoffrey Harper, and firm client H. Jonathan Cooke have been sued for fraud in a Dallas district court for allegedly failing to disclose Johnson’s relationship with an arbitrator who awarded Cooke $22 million in an underlying case.

Ashley Brigham Patten, et al. v. M. Brett Johnson, et al., filed Feb. 22, comes about eight months after Dallas’ 5th Court of Appeals vacated that $22 million arbitration award and remanded the underlying case to the trial court.
