In their Dec. 21, 2011, petition in Surgical Orthomedics Inc., et al. v. Brown Rudnick, et al. , the plaintiffs allege two of the defendants — Brown Rudnick and Emilio Galvan, a New York lawyer with the firm — breached their contract and committed professional negligence, among other things.
