Two Dallas lawyers who litigated a groundbreaking case that allowed plaintiffs to pursue legal-malpractice cases in federal court are now embroiled in a suit of their own, pitting the former co-counsel against each other as plaintiff and defendant.

Chris Kling v. Paul Storm and Storm LLP was filed Nov. 21 in the 191st District Court in Dallas. In the petition, Kling alleges that Storm and Storm LLP failed between 2008 and 2009 to pay bonuses owed to him.
